Vinification method: spontaneous fermentation without addition of sulphites, one month of maceration in contact with the skins.
Breeding system: abruzzese Pergola.
Average age of vineyards: 65 years.

Color: ruby lit with purple youth notes.
Taste: intense, characterized by an elegant softness, nice note of freshness, velvety tyearsns, long and fruity finish.
Alcohol content: 13% vol.

Cerasuolo D’Abruzzo DOC Organic

Grape variety: Montepulciano d’Abruzzo.
Vinification method: spontaneous fermentation without addition sulphites. Soft pressing and eight hours in contact with the skins, batonnage on the noble lees for six months. It is called the wine of the night.
Breeding system: abruzzese Pergola.
Average age of vineyards: 45 years.
Yields per hectare: 90 ql.
Color: rose cerasuolo load.
Taste: a full wine, intense, enjoys the mouth in a warm way with a fresh final.

Vinification method: spontaneous fermentation without addition of  sulphites, brief maceration in contact with the skins, batonnage on the noble lees for six months.

Color: bright yellow straw.
Taste: pleasant freshness and delicate softness, alcoholic notes and harmonized with a fruited finish.
